Cancellation Policy

All tarot readings are intended for spiritual guidance and personal insight only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. By booking a reading, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices and actions. Readings are available to clients 18 years of age or older. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Readings are provided via [email / live call / message]. Please provide accurate details at the time of booking. Incomplete information may delay your reading. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Readings will not be delivered until payment has been received. Due to the nature of spiritual services, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once a reading has been delivered or begun. Rescheduling may be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice. I do not read on third parties without their consent. Questions must be focused on the client’s own energy, choices, and path. I do not provide readings related to medical conditions, pregnancy, legal matters, or guaranteed outcomes. Any such questions will be declined without refund. All readings are kept confidential. Personal information will never be shared without your permission, except where required by law. Readings are conducted with mutual respect. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, disrespectful, or violates these policies.
